DOWNLOAD & TRANSFER TICKETS
Arrive prepared by downloading the app and signing into your Ticketmaster account so your tickets are ready at the door. If you purchased tickets for a group, you'll want to transfer your tickets to each member of your party:

In the app, find the event you'd like to transfer tickets for.

Tap 'Manage Tickets', select the ticket(s) you'd like to send and enter the recipient's info.

We'll send an email to your recipient to accept their tickets in their account.
Transferring tickets ensures everyone gets into the event without delays!
Review Key Policies
As part of a continued effort to improve the fan experience, reduce wait times and provide a more efficient sales process, the Toyota Center will no longer be accepting cash payments. All debit and credit cards, and Tap-To-Pay payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay) from mobile devices will be accepted.
The Toyota Center has a no re-entry policy. All exits are final.
Guests may NOT bring food and/or beverage items into the Center during events. This includes outside food, drinks, open and/or sealed water bottles, and candy. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the Center. Guest Services will not check-in or store any food or beverage items. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the Guest Services department at 509-737-3730.
The Toyota Center has a clear bag policy. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed. Small clutches that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” are allowed in arena.
Toyota Center is equipped with elevators as well as special seating to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the North East entrance. Accessible seating can be purchased by phone at the Ticket Office phone number at 509-737-3722 or in person at the Toyota Center Ticket Office. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best accommodate your needs.

No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders and any other audio/visual equipment are prohibited unless authorized by the team, promoter, or performer. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: Lens greater than 200 mm, telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, interchangeable lenses of any kind, monopods or tripods, or flash equipment of any kind.
NOTE YOUR EVENT START TIME
Doors open one hour prior to the event, allowing plenty of time to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere. Please review the time and date listed on your ticket to ensure a seamless experience and avoid any last-minute surprises.
Review Parking
Toyota Center offers free on-site parking for your convenience. Toyota Center does not allow overnight parking or RV parking. Remember, tailgating, solicitation, and alcohol in parked vehicles aren’t permitted. Review the campus parking map for an easy layout to find your way around.
