Our venue is equipped with accessible features such as elevators, designated parking, and special seating options. From ticket purchases to event services, our staff is dedicated to accommodating your needs. Whether it’s assistance with seating, listening devices, or interpreters, we’re here to help. Accessibility

Toyota Center is equipped with elevators as well as special seating to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the North East entrance. Accessible seating can be purchased by phone at the Ticket Office phone number at 509-737-3722 or in person at the Toyota Center Ticket Office. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best accommodate your needs.

Evacuation

In case of an emergency, our staff is trained to assist guests with disabilities. Elevators and accessible routes are available for safe evacuation. For any specific needs or concerns, please reach out to the Guest Services Manager at (509) 373-3735 before or during your visit.

First Aid

Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any Guests in need at every event at the Toyota Center. The First Aid office is located North side of the building on the main concourse in between sections N and P. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of Guest Services or a security staff for assistance.

Guest Services

Our Guest Services desk, located at concourse section D during events, is here to assist with all your accessibility needs. Whether you have questions, require accommodations such as assistive listening devices or interpreters, or need help with wheelchair assistance, our team is ready to provide support. The desk also serves as the lost and found during Toyota Center events. For additional assistance, please contact the Guest Services Manager at (509) 737-3735.

Parking

The Toyota Center offers designated accessible parking spaces directly in front of the North East entrance for guests with disabilities. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Seating

Tickets for ADA Accessible seating is available to purchase on ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster pay by phone, or in person at the box office. ADA-accessible seating is limited, therefore if a patron requires ADA seating they must purchase an ADA seat, not doing so will lead to no ADA seats being available upon arrival. Tickets

Accessible seating can be purchased in advance by calling the Ticket Office at 509-737-3722 or visiting in person. We recommend purchasing early to ensure our staff can best accommodate your needs. Wheelchair Escorts

Toyota Center Guest Services will provide complimentary wheelchair escorts to Guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any point of entry or Guests may make escort arrangements in advance by contacting our Guest Services Manager at 509-737-3735.
