For safety and as a courtesy to other guests, aisles must be kept clear at all times. Please follow the directions of the usher to your assigned ticketed seat and refrain from standing or dancing in the aisle.
Individuals may not bring any alcoholic beverage onto the premises at any time.
Service and Consumption: The Toyota Center, as part of the Three Rivers Campus, has adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect our Guests and our community. We ask our Guests to please drink responsibly. The Toyota Center Guest Services Attendant will call you a cab if you so desire.
Toyota Center Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of twenty one (21) years old to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages.
In addition, the following items are to be noted:
All Toyota Center Guests who purchase, possess, or consume alcohol must be wrist banded. All guests will be asked to show positive identification prior to being wrist banded. Allowable forms of I.D. must not be expired, must picture the individual it represents and must be readable in English. These would include: a drivers license issued by any U.S. state or Canadian province, an identification card issued by any U.S. state or Canadian province, a Washington State temporary drivers license accompanied by an otherwise valid, punched drivers license, Government issued Passport, and valid Military I.D.
No more than two alcoholic beverages may be provided to a guest at anytime. This will vary by event but will never exceed two.
Guests under the age of 21, that are in possession of or observed consuming alcoholic beverages along with guests who pass off alcohol to a guest UNDER the age of 21, will be referred to the Kennewick Police Department for citation or arrest. Guests who purchase alcohol for anyone of age that does not meet our requirements (wristband and valid ID on their person) will be escorted out of the building.
Toyota Center Management has the right to refuse service at any time. Alcohol sales can be terminated at the discretion of the Toyota Center management. Typically, the Toyota Center will stop serving alcohol one (1) hour prior to the end of an event.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited, with the exception of service animals for Guests with disabilities and /or special needs. The Toyota Center will welcome service animals into the building and must remain on a leash or harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal into the building, please contact at our Guest Services department at 509-735-3730 prior to your arrival.
An ATM is located on the exterior wall of the concourse at section Z. For our Guests’ convenience, all of the Toyota Center concession stands and bars accept all major credit cards except American Express. Bags/Backpacks/Large Bags/suitcases: All bags and or purses that come into the Toyota Center are subject to search. If you refuse to have the bag/purse searched you will be asked to take it back to your car and/or asked to leave the Toyota Center.
Toyota Center is equipped with elevators as well as special seating to accommodate your needs. Parking is available directly in front of the North East entrance. Accessible seating can be purchased by phone at 509-737-3722 or in person at the Toyota Center Ticket Office. It is recommended that accessible seating is purchased in advance so that our staff can best accommodate your needs.

Guests are welcome to bring in their personal binoculars. The Toyota Center does not rent or sell Binoculars.

No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Camcorders and any other audio/visual equipment are prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted: Lens greater than 200 mm, Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind, Interchangeable lenses of any kind, Monopods or tripods, Flash equipment of any kind

The Toyota Center staff has been trained to intervene when deemed necessary, and to use their best discretion to help ensure that the guests who ignore the Code of Conduct do not interfere with the other guests’ ability to enjoy the event. Guests who violate the code of Conduct may be subject to arrest by the Kennewick Police Department (KPD). Season ticket holders may also be subject to having their season subscription revoked. The Toyota Center and staff thank you for your cooperation.

From the West: Take I-82 E to I-182 E (exit 102) Take I-182 E to WA-240 E (exit 5A) Take the Columbia Center exit. Turn right onto N Columbia Center Blvd, then left onto W. Grandridge Blvd. and follow to 7000 W Grandridge Blvd.
From the East and North: Take US-395 S to Pasco, merge onto I-182W/US-395 S via the ramp to Richland/Pendleton. Take exit 12A to merge onto WA-240 W. Take the Columbia Center Blvd exit. Turn left onto N Columbia Center Blvd, and then left onto W Grandridge Blvd. and follow to 7000 W Grandridge Blvd.
From the South: From US-395 N merge onto I-82 W. Take I-82 W to Clearwater Ave (exit 109). Turn left onto N Columbia Center Blvd and then take the 2 left onto W Grandridge Blvd. and follow to 7000 W Grandridge Blvd. Disturbances: All Guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all time. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest by the Kennewick Police Department (KPD). Ejected Guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.
Standing on the chairs, Placing children on shoulders, Drunk and disorderly conduct, Fighting or challenging others to fight, “Mooning” or exposing any private body parts, Interference with delay of the game/event, Violation of the Toyota Center events policies, Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statues, Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters/matches, in the facility, Attempting to enter the field, ice, stage, or backstage areas without permission , Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects, Willfully and maliciously disturbing another guest/ employee with loud and unreasonable noise, Using profanity and or/ offensive words, which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others, Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers.
Doors will open one (1) hour prior to the event time noted on your ticket. The time doors open will vary according to the event (all door times are subject to change).
All Guests in attendance are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times for their safety. The Toyota Center management reserves the right to eject guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and or/images.
The Toyota Center works on a continuing basis with the Kennewick Fire Department, and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans for each event. The Toyota Center recognizes that its goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable atmosphere. The use of installed automated security systems, appropriate security operating plan, trained Guest Services and security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all our guests, performers, and employees at the Toyota Center. In case of an emergency, Guests must comply with requests from venue staff regarding Center operations and emergency response procedures.
All Guests entering the Center during an event are subject to a visual inspection, and a bag inspection conducted by the Toyota Center Guest Services and or/security personnel. Some events will require a metal-detector screening and /or a pat down search. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items. Any alcohol, illegal drugs/paraphernalia will be confiscated, guest will be denied entry to the Toyota Center, and Kennewick Police Department will be notified.
Our family section, section K, is a non-alcohol section, meaning that alcohol cannot be brought back into that seating section. This will be the same for all Tri City Americans Hockey and Tri Cities Fever Football games, but may vary for other events.
Trained Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) personnel are available to assist any Guests in need at every event at the Toyota Center. The First Aid office is located on the main concourse in between sections N and P. In the event of a medical emergency, contact a member of Guest Services or a security staff for assistance.
Guests may NOT bring food and/or beverage items into the Center during events. This includes outside food, drinks, open and/or sealed water bottles, and candy. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entering the Center. Guest Services will not check - in or store any food or beverage items. Guests with specific /special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the Guest Services department.
Our Guest Service desk is located on the concourse section *D* during events. It is designed to provide information to guests with questions, concerns, issues, and it is also used as lost and found during the Toyota Center events.

The Toyota Center reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated Guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave and may be subject to arrest by the Kennewick Police Department (KPD).
The Toyota Center management assumes no responsibility for items left/ lost at events. All items recovered during an event are taken to the Guest Services desk located on the concourse section *D*. Please contact The Toyota Center Business Office at 509-737-3700 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday, to inquire about lost items not recovered during the event. All remaining items will be donated to charity after 30 days.
The team store accepts all major credit cards except American Express and is located on the concourse at section *Y*. Concert/Show Merchandise locations will vary depending on the event.
Outside vending is prohibited on, or around the premises, including all parking lots.
The Toyota Center does not charge for parking. No overnight parking allowed unless related to the event activities and prior approval has been granted by Center Management (for overnight parking approval call 509-737-3700). No solicitation activities allowed in the parking lots (e.g. distribution of flyers, sale of products, advertising sale of vehicle, etc.) Also see protesting/petitioning/picketing. No consumption of alcoholic beverages in parked vehicles. No tailgating allowed in parking lots.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to weapons, Outside Food and Beverage, Cameras: no flash/professional photography, recording devices, carry bags: backpacks, large bags, suitcases, large signs/flags/banners/posters, pamphlets, tripods/monopods, laser pointers, alcohol, drugs, noise makers, fireworks, flashlights, skateboards/heelys, aka shoes with wheels on the bottom, beach balls, cans or bottles
All protesting, petitioning, and picketing is to be done on the sidewalks of North Young Street and the West Quinault-North Young Street Round-About. The sidewalks are a true public form that others can use to protest. The parking lots and areas around the Campus are not a traditional public forum and are not to be used for these kinds of activities.
Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the Center. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises.
The Toyota Center has a NO-RE-Entry policy. All exits are final.
Restrooms are located on all interior corners of the concourse, at each end of the Suite Level, and in the East corner of the Party Zone. Changing tables are located in all of the ladies restrooms and in the men’s restrooms at section*E* and section *S*. Family Friendly and Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located on the concourse at section *Q*.
Unless otherwise specified by teams and/ and or event officials/management, the Toyota Center welcomes guests to bring small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events.
Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while inside the building, without prior approval from the Toyota Center management.
Smoking is not permitted in the Center at any time, however a smoking section is available outside the section *S* exit doors, 25ft away from the door.
Strollers are not permitted in the seating sections of the Center. Guests are encouraged to leave strollers in their vehicles prior to arrival to the Center entrance.

The Toyota Center is unable to offer tours of the building.
Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the Center. The Toyota Center does not provide weapon lockers. Weapons may NOT be checked in at Guest Services. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession with the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item/items from the Center or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the Center without a refund or compensation and may be subject to arrest by the Kennewick Police Department (KPD).
Toyota Center Guest Services will provide complimentary wheelchair escorts to Guests with special needs when requested. Escorts are available at any point of entry or Guests may make advanced escort arrangements by contacting our Guest Services Manager at 1-509-737-3730.
“Will Call” tickets can be picked up anytime during box office hours. The best time to pick them up is three hours before the event. Tickets will be released to ONLY the individual whose name appears on the ticket purchase. Please have ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets, and the confirmation number available for the ticket agent.
